Wont launch after last update

Why is it that every new update, this application is getting worse and worse? Now I cant even launch it. Im guessing this is what happens when a not so well written software is purchased by a failing company.

Hey: you have the market share, spend some time testing and improving the product, dont cut corners. Make it stable, faster, more efficient.
