ReInstall Every Two Days

This app used to work fine. But lately I have to uninstall and reinstall every couple of days. Itll work for a day or two (three if Im lucky) and then it tells me profile required, and that it cannot download the profile — that I had already set up and have used. This is just obnoxious.
