Lots of glitches

My company forced this app on us as we had to give our blackberries back. I really miss my blackberry. I dont see anymore when I am getting a new message, I cannot see any of my folders, I cannot open excel documents as all the tabs do not populate, my sent messages havent updated in months, my emails do not download while I am not in the app so always have to wait several l minutes until all the emails in my inbox have downloaded fully.
