Randomly stopped receiving email with no warning... TWICE

Stopped receiving email with no warning (still said connected when I opened app, etc). Had to uninstall and reinstall each time (which is a process in itself as you have to go through IT to get PINs).

This happened to me twice and is frankly unacceptable if this app is supposed to replace another device. Would give 0 stars if I could.
