Good for Enterprise App Reviews

Like my title says, its not a perfect app, but it gets its basic job done. It allows me to read and respond to work emails and view my outlook calendar without having to carry a second device. Also, many of the complaints I read about this app should be directed at your IT admin, not Good. For example, Touch ID has been available in Good for almost a year now, but it has to be enabled by your admin. Also, password frequency is admin policy, not Good. So if you have an issue with features like this, contact your admin.

Slow to load, doesnt Synch with Apple calendar and needs fingerprint recognition ability.

Terrible! And breaks Apple CarPlay.

Since the last update the app crashes instantly after opening.

App cant open my email regardless of what I do after the most recent update. Tried deleting and reinstalling restarting etc. fix immediately. What kind of company releases a software update that has been so poorly tested that a log-in glitch gets through to the production version.

This app doesnt quite work. Many times all my calendar events are completely missing, so I cant rely on Good to be the source of my calendar and meetings. Additionally, it doesnt appear to use the thumbprint reader so Im always having to type in my password. If you forget it you must call your system admin. Overall, disappointing.

No issues until this last update, I havent been able to open Good in two days...please fix this!

This app continued to be a non user friendly application. It consistently locks up and has yet to deliver information in a timely basis. My advice is use a different product that is more reliable. Not a good product. Would not recommend to anyone. -5 stars.

Complete waste of a program. Doesnt interface with any iPad / iPhone commands, to include the following: - copy - paste - cut - delete - contacts--screws up your Apple contacts when merged - constantly need to delete app and reinstall due to "profile" or "synchronization" issues--when you reinstall, you LOSE all documents - editing software within Good messages is the worst Ive seen, cant easily change message or copy parts, completely frustrating Cant see what youre typing. Doesnt remember commonly used words on dictation. Dont waste your time.

Obviously this is written for the security and IT staff. Just a little consideration for users would be appreciated. Could you PLEASE allow for user tones and sounds. Those that come with this app are annoying (and most of them are not usable). At least offer more options.
