Good for Enterprise App Reviews

This is the worst app I have ever had forced on me for govt email service. Crashes routinely, forces me to re-enter passwords at random intervals, loses the interface to PK reader on regular basis. Since the iOS 10 upgrade, every email I have tried to send has gone straight to the outbox and stayed there, and I cannot get it to do anyone with them. If I never had to use it again it would still be too soon.

App works well, lags when updates. I would appreciate having a notification option for emails and calendar reminders. That would solve my problem. I have asked for this upgrade but the support team has not acknowledged my request

My company has used this app for the last few years and there have been no issues. After upgrading to IOS 10, app constantly stops working because it cannot verify profile. No fix available other than uninstall, reinstall and then reconfigure. This happens randomly usually when Im away from the office and only way to get reinstall code is through my work e-mail so I have to go into office to fix 3x already this week. Also apparently no support from app creator. Dont waste you time with this garbage app!!!!

Since the ios 10 update I cant get through an email without the app crashing.

This app used to work fine. But lately I have to uninstall and reinstall every couple of days. Itll work for a day or two (three if Im lucky) and then it tells me profile required, and that it cannot download the profile — that I had already set up and have used. This is just obnoxious.

Since ios10, nothing but errors.

I cant even believe how bad this app is!! Whos cousin sold this to BofA? Its not whining... its lost business not to know you have new emails! Im running ios5 on a iPhone4 checked all internal and external setting are correct but still no lock screen or menu screen pop up notifications. Its a bug that could cause me to miss important emails.

Hate that we have to use this app for work. I deleted and added this app over 30 times trying to get it to receive my emails. The absolute worst app ever!

My company forced this app on us as we had to give our blackberries back. I really miss my blackberry. I dont see anymore when I am getting a new message, I cannot see any of my folders, I cannot open excel documents as all the tabs do not populate, my sent messages havent updated in months, my emails do not download while I am not in the app so always have to wait several l minutes until all the emails in my inbox have downloaded fully.

This app is absolutely horrible.

This app is clunky, unreliable, and just plainly a pain.

I have an ipad pro 12.9 I keep getting internal errors when trying to set up my account. Is this because I am running apple beta software?

No option to send attachments through the app, which significantly limits its functionality.

For some reason, the latest update has made the app unusable. It crashes every time after I enter my password. Im a global traveler and need to be able to view my work email remotely - please help!

Ive been manually entering the same address for months and gfe refuses to remember it. I just tried adding it as a contact, and still no luck. How does such a poorly designed app get developed?

Stopped receiving email with no warning (still said connected when I opened app, etc). Had to uninstall and reinstall each time (which is a process in itself as you have to go through IT to get PINs). This happened to me twice and is frankly unacceptable if this app is supposed to replace another device. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Get your act together. Make touchid work. Like others said makes you type password in at random intervals--i.e. almost always.

What a horrible piece of crap this app is. This is a sad excuse for an app. No wonder Blackberry is going out of business

Very frustrating.... Errors all the time, the thumb print almost never works....
