Good for Enterprise App Reviews

Works ok... random requests for password after using Touch ID. Not sure why they named this good? It is far from good. My main concern is that how blackberry got to work with apple ? That could never be a good thing.

This app has lots of annoying glitches. Also, does not support using fingerprint to login and required entering a long complex password every time its opened.

Whats the point of Touch ID integration if it only works the very first time I enable it?? Also. You gotta find a way to let my calendar share out to my iPhone calendar so I can see my entire schedule at a glance.

Well. I was not having any problems with this app till I upgraded my iPhone to iOS 10. Our IT made us wait a bit till they could make it compatible to iOS 10. Followed all the directions from IT when I finally did the upgrade. Well now I have to keep removing and reinstalling my profile till it picks up the signal again. I am hoping the developer team figures this out because Im eating through my data very quickly.

Please fix TouchID, only prompted about 25% of the time to unlock via TouchID, should be every time. Also, please make notifications more meaningful. Lastly, will Good ever migrate to a true MDM solution so we can leverage native email and calendar but with all the enterprise security; like AirWatch?

This app is terrible. I hate that it is the only option to view my work emails. First I need to use a password even though I already have a pass code set through ios. It should detect that and eliminate the unnecessary additional sign in. Once i sign in my emails are not waiting for me. It is slow to open and then slow to load emails. It needs to download my emails in the background so that I dont have to sign in and wait for them to load. Push does not work. Notifications dont work. Draft emails dont sync. Search is horrible. Contacts dont sync if you use gmail to sync your gmail contacts. You cant alter you email font so that it matches the font you use in desktop. This means emails from the app always look different from emails sent through another email client like outlook. You cant use custom or ios sounds I am stuck with the horrible choices in the app.

Hate it, hate it, hate it, hate it! But Im stuck with it, because its the only thing my company will subscribe to. When you open it, does it update your inbox and calendar automatically? NO! You have to refresh it, and then the little sending/receiving banner shows on the bottom. Does it update then? NO! You have to refresh it again, and again, and again, and SOMETIMES among all that refreshing you get a few messages! ALL your messages? NO! Eventually after as much as 20 minutes and half your battery, you get up to date. Its almost just not worth it, because I could probably find wifi and set up my laptop in less time than it takes to use this garbage.

A great app to access work email and documents in a secure environment. The addition of conversation view and the browser were awesome additions. Would like reminders and flagged emails included under tasks, but thats my only complaint.

The app doesnt work with the latest iOS update so its useless. Even prior to this issue the app took forever to load and the calendar rarely updated.

App wont even open. Pretends to open for a second then automatically closes down.

The worst pos of app in the world. How they hell are they getting companies to sign up for this garbage.

GOOD is everything and everything is GOOD..

App consistently fails to load my emails. I will pull down to refresh and it will tell me it has refreshed and updated to the current time, but it hasnt. I have to log on to my laptop if I want to ensure that I am seeing all of my emails. This app is awful and it astounds me that any enterprise would use an app with such poor functionality for such an important function.

App repeatedly crashes after todays update.

I really like the app on both my iPhone and iPad but with the last two releases on the iPad the calendar is wonky. When I go to the calendar and try to swipe to the next day it goes to 1970! I can click on a day and it works fine but the swipe is nuts!

So many issues I dont know what to say. Shame on companies that use this crap. I may as well be on a flip phone. Completely unreliable.
