Good for Enterprise App Reviews

Makes life easier

Although I dislike its limited features (as compared with the Mail app) it is stable and allows me to use my personal iPhone for company mail. The app performs exactly as claimed and links well with enterprise email and calendar applications. Unlike other corporate BYOD solutions, it leaves all standard iOS functionality intact. That makes it worth five stars in my book!

Newest version (Feb 2015) crashes

The newest version (released Feb 2015) crashes when opening. iPhone 6 user

1 Star for no Touch ID

No Touch ID support = 1 star rating. Touch ID has been supported for 3rd party apps since Oct 2014 - get it together Good! Typing in my password every time I look at my email is a HUGE pain. V2.8 seems to suggest a v3.0 might not be far away. Please Good, for the love of my thumb joints, support Touch ID!!!

Adequate, almost a true business tool

I wouldnt want to go without it but it wouldnt take much to make this app great. Lots of low hanging fruit such as a better approach to security, logging into an app every time you re-open it keeps this app as a backup but not a true business tool.

No touch ID

No touch ID = 1 star! This is the most important feature! Add it!

Bad

One of my worst functioning apps. Only have it because I have to.

This app is crap

I wish my firm would switch out if this Crap app.

No Touch ID

You pay the serious price of giving up convenience in order to have the added security. Its a huge pain when youre a mobile business person. They could wipe that pain away in one brush stroke with Touch ID. Our entire company has iPhone 6s and its inexcusable that this hasnt been implemented into this app.

Crashing

2nd time in a week Ive had to delete the app and reload as well as start from scratch again to set it up. Suddenly just stops working. After entering password app crashes. Doesnt matter if you try 100 times. Using latest version.

Its ok, could be much better

Wish my company did not mandate this specific app. No Touch ID! Come on folks its been out FOREVER. Cannot easily schedule appointments based on availability... You might as well wait until you get back to your desk and do it there. Entering new appointment is very cumbersome with multiple window changes and taps. Widescreen view of iPhone 6 Plus could better take advantage of the screen space (ie dual scroll views of inbox and messages) rather than a basic wide view of your existing window.

Very buggy and a battery hog

- Need a working notification banner for new email messages. A single vibrate is easy to miss. Need to open application to see if there is any new mail. - Battery hog. - Crashes multiple times a day. - No effort is being put in to updating the application. - no Touch ID!!

Could be better

Its pretty feature rich, but some key parts are super annoying 1) entering password almost every time - Touch ID would be a huge win 2) the weird way it handles attachments 3) seems like every 3-4 weeks it just stops working, I have to re-install and get a new PIN 4) need better customization of notifications and alerts Otherwise not as bad as people make it out to be.

Security sacrifices iPhone usability.

Why are core phone functions (like screenshots) disabled across the phone itself instead of just within the app? Why is cut and paste disabled? I only use this app because my work forces me too.

Infuriating

The latest update is extra flaky. The icon badge and unread email count on the unlock screen seem to be even less related than usual to the actual number of new emails. ------ This app is infuriating. It randomly vibrates for no reason, it refuses to stop sending me reminders for a recurring meeting I deleted from my calendar weeks ago even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it periodically stops recognizing my password even though I know Im typing it in correctly, its totally unreliable, it doesnt integrate with the native iOS calendar. I could go on and on. I cant wait for my company to get rid of this thing. I assume that eventually blackberry will go out of business and all of the executives will be forced to use iPhones and theres no way that theyll stand for this insanity.

Needs improvement!

The app shows incorrect number of new emails; keeps showing new emails received on main screen but when you log in there are no new emails; no on screen notification for new emails; takes too long to open; needs a lot of improvements.

Inconsistent and frustrating

App can be VERY inconsistent. Sometimes it will update correctly while other times is can fall behind for over an hour. You will also receive notifications consistently letting you know that you have new email, yet when you check theres nothing new.

Good?... No, Terrible

Avoid this app at all costs.

Good=Bad

Some people use "bad" as slang for "good", in this case "good" must be slang for "bad"

Touch ID

Why are we still waiting for Touch ID for a sign in feature?

And the award for most ironic name goes to...

I continue to despise this app with all my heart. The calendar UI is awful - very difficult to read at a glance. It has caused me to miss meetings because, even on the 6 Pluss screen, daily appointments dont fit properly on the initial view and you are forced to scroll down to check any appointments after 11:00am. There is no way to customize the hours displayed in the calendar view, so you are stuck looking blank spaces from midnight onward each and every time you open the calendar. I would pay to fix this. Notifications rarely work properly. Alerts do not appear and the notification sounds (which is grating, by the way) often go off yet when you open the app no new emails have been received. Using this app (which I am forced to do by my work) almost always represents the low point of my day. Not recommended.
